A guided tour in the bird park is a great way to get to know and appreciate migratory birds.
During the tour, you will encounter birds that have been captured and brought from the research station, where their physical condition and migratory readiness were examined. You will receive an explanation about their heroic journey and the extraordinary abilities of these birds to overcome the challenges of migration, and we will release them together back on their way.
Some of these birds weigh no more than 5 grams, yet they complete a journey of 25,000 kilometers under harsh conditions, year after year.
Each bird species you encounter has a unique and fascinating story to tell.
Stories that will complete the colorful picture of bird migration through Eilat. After the intimate and exciting encounter with the birds, we will embark on a tour of the park to meet the habitats within the park and the birds that inhabit them.
